Ingredients:

Garlic – 6 cloves

Salt – 2 teaspoons

Sunflower Oil – 2 teaspoons

Water – 350 – 400 ml
Instructions:

In a pestle and mortar, bash the garlic and salt, until you obtain a fine paste.

Add the oil on top of them and mix well. Let stand for 10 minutes (this helps the garlic sauce to be a lot mellower with the walls of your stomach) to rest, then move your mixture into a big glass and add water on top of it.

Mix well and serve.

If you want to store your garlic sauce, you can do so and it will last in your fridge for up to 5 days.
Tip: You can serve this recipe on top of some french fries or polenta with grilled meat and it will complement them wonderfully!
