Ingredients:

Honey – 1 tablespoon (we look for the best local honey we can find)

Cognac – 30 ml

Milk – 180 ml (warm or cold)

Nutmeg – a pinch

Rosemary – 1 thick sprig (to garnish)
Instructions:

Stir the honey into the milk until dissolved.

Add cognac, sprinkle the nutmeg on top and serve with a sprig of rosemary as a garnish.

If serving warm, warm the mug by microwaving a mug of water for one minute. Pour out the water, fill with cocktail mixture.

You can warm your milk on the stove or in the microwave.

Note:

If you want to serve your cocktail warm, you can warm the milk and honey in the microwave and stir to dissolve the honey after you take your mug out of the microwave oven. Then, you just need to add your cognac and stir again… Don’t forget to garnish!
Tip: You can use rum or whiskey bourbon instead of cognac but the taste is not quite the same…
