1 tablespoon of dried Rosemary or 1 big sprig of fresh Rosemary

Put the salt and the rosemary in a pestle and mortar and grind them together as best as you can.

Total time for preparing the rosemary salt : 5 min

If you want to store your salt you can do so and it will last for up to 2 days if you used fresh rosemary and indefinitely if you used dried rosemary.

Dry spices never go out of date. Basically, what happens to them is that they lose their aroma. Their smell and beautiful fragrance begins to fade little by little until they stop bringing any contribution to your recipes. Salt and Sugar however, never go out of date. You can basically use them forever….
Tip: You can use any kind of dried herb for this recipe and you will get different types of aromatic salt.
